Locally sourced and outdoor-reared Hog

To include a hertiage tomato and fennel salad with balsamic glaze, plus 4 fresh salads from a selection of:

  • Rainbow slaw with apple vinaigrette

  • Warm potato salad with capers, mint and parsley Watermelon chocolate mint and feta salad

  • Waldorf salad Mediterranean pasta salad

  • Classic ceasar salad with parmesan shavings
